Thinking of relocating to the Texas Hill Country? Finding it difficult to locate any rental properties? Are you a Texas Hill Country property owner wanting to attract tenants? Newspaper ads are limited in the information they provide, especially for what they charge - not enough description of the property and its amenities, and no photos showing off the property. Many of the free rental-oriented listing sites aren't area-specific enough, with limited picture capabilities, and the free postings generally get lost amongst the dozens of listings by apartment brokers within minutes of your property being listed. For example, I recently checked "San Marcos apts/housing for rent" on craigslist - on the first page, containing 100 postings, 87 of them were posted by the same apartment broker! In addition, you're usually allowed to post only once each 30-45 days, and only in one area - unless you take the time to re-word your post with different titles and descriptions several times and re-post in each area, taking up quite a bit of time. And not to take away from Realtors®, but their primary goal, unless they happen to specialize in rentals, are primarily concerned with selling properties. With all of these limitations, you end up spending a lot of time and gas driving around looking for "For Rent" signs, and chasing down leads that don't fit your needs.
renttexashillcountry.com solves these problems by providing a listing of residential and commercial properties available in the Texas Hill Country, with pretty much unlimited text descriptions, up to 7 pictures of the inside and outside of the properties, and, most importantly, showing what residential and commercial properties are available in specific areas of the Texas Hill Country - basically the area created by IH35 on the east, Hwy 29 on the north, Hwy 83 on the west, and Hwy 90 on the south - with a few side trips. "Officially", it's an area comprised of 25 counties smack dab in the center of south-central Texas (see Texas Hill Country in Wikipedia). From Austin, to San Antonio, to Bandera, Kerrville, and Fredericksburg, this is the backyard playground for Texans - people who like to have fun, enjoy nature, hang out, live and retire in some of the most beautiful country God created.
