After we post your property, we'll send you an email notifying you that your posting is live, and we'll include a Pay Pal payment link. Post your payment during the trial week, and we'll keep your property posted for 4 more weeks.

What's the cost?
Posting your rental property costs only $19.60 per month (and keep in mind that there's no charge for the first week)! Our "month" is based on 4 weeks - 28 days - so that's a cost of only $4.90 per week - a mere 70¢ per day! Compare this to an average of $7.50 or more weekly in the local/regional small papers, usually for 25 words or less - and no pics! Here, you have space available for up to 150 words, more or less, and up to 7 photos! Plus, your posting on renttexashillcountry.com is available for viewing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world!
This is better, too, than the popular free listing sites - with those, you have to re-post every day to keep your posting from getting buried amongst the many postings by property locators - your posting disappears in all the other postings within a very short period of time, usually because the larger cities have street names matching your town - and you have to make sure the ad is re-worded in order to post more often than once every 30 days, and in more than one area. Besides, there are many small areas of the Texas Hill Country that don't appear as specific locations on the most popular free listing sites! Trying to find a property in Bandera, for example, will give you dozens of postings on Bandera Road in San Antonio! With renttexashillcountry.com, you need to write your description only once, and take a few digital pics of the property. We correct spelling and grammar errors, edit your pics for brightness and clarity, and take care of maintaining the post as long as your property is available and your posting is active.
IMPORTANT: Once you get the property rented, let us know, and we'll refund
back any remaining days you haven't used at 70¢ per day (after the first two paid weeks).

Example: Post your property - the first week is free. Three weeks after posting,
the property has been rented (or you just want to remove it from the rental market) - your
posting has been active for one free week and two paid weeks (the minimum charge). Send
us an email* - we'll remove the posting, and refund the remaining two weeks (14 days) - a
$9.80 refund! If you were successful in renting the property, it cost you only $9.80
to get the job done!
* Unused time is based on the date we receive
your email request to remove the posting.
How do I post my property?
Simply complete the Information Form below, then click on the "submit" button. We'll have your property posted within three business days.
Need help with the pics? You can let us know below. If so, we'll be happy to come out and take the pics for you, for a nominal charge - $30.00 within 30 miles of Wimberley, and $60.00 for 31 - 60 miles. That's just to cover our gas and time. NOTE: We don't want to become yet another "reading list" of properties. Therefore, at least one photo - the front of the property - must accompany your post if you're providing the photo(s).
